CUJU, developed by German agent Roger Wittmann, uses AI and smartphone videos to identify young football talent based purely on performance. Players film eight exercises, and the app analyzes skills like speed, technique, and fitness. Results are ranked globally, offering a fair and data-driven path to visibility.
In Brazil’s Santa Catarina region, over 80,000 players joined the pilot. The top 150 competed live in June in front of scouts from around the world. One highlight: 14-year-old Marcela Geremias Lima, who secured a spot at Corinthians’ academy. Co-founder Luiz Gustavo believes CUJU removes luck from the path to pro football.
With Champions League winner Júlio César as ambassador and support from UEFA-certified experts, CUJU aims to enhance traditional scouting with accurate, comparable data. The goal: faster, fairer talent discovery on a global scale.
