The CUJU App, developed by football agent Roger Wittmann and co-founded by ex-Bayern pro Luiz Gustavo, is changing how young footballers are discovered. Using just a smartphone, players record eight exercises which are then analyzed by AI. Rankings are based on data alone — not connections or location.
In Brazil’s Santa Catarina region, over 80,000 players joined. The top 150 competed in the first AI-driven finals this June. One breakout talent: 14-year-old Marcela Geremias Lima, who earned a place in the Corinthians academy through her CUJU score.
With Julio César as ambassador, CUJU’s goal is to make football scouting fairer and more accessible. A global rollout is coming soon — giving players everywhere the chance to be seen.
